However, it is not within the control of Today Special Online, we cannot accept responsibility for the use of your personal information by the merchants or resellers. It is your responsibility to investigate and subscribe to the reliable merchants.
The personal information of a merchant member will be available to the reseller whom the merchant has delegated the responsibility to. Resellers are required to comply with the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988. However, it is not within the control of Today Special Online, we cannot accept responsibility for the use of your personal information by the resellers.
Today Special Online will endeavor to ensure the security of our system. Your personal information stored on the servers is protected in controlled facilities. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Today Special Online. However, Today Special Online will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information.
